Lucas Garcia, Esq
Mr. Lucas Garcia was born and raised in the Pacific North West and moved to California to begin his legal education after completing his Bachelor’s degree in History at the University of Washington. He attended one of the nation’s top law schools at the University of California at Davis, King Hall Law School for his Juris Doctor law degree.
An expert in negotiations Mr. Garcia has established himself as one of the region’s finest attorneys in effective client advocacy. In an effort to improve attorney-client relationships and negotiations on behalf of the client, he founded the official King Hall Negotiation Team which focuses on client representation through counseling, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. As the President and Team Captain of the Negotiation Team, he emphasized to team members the importance of diligent representing clients and understanding how to solve the client’s situation quickly, cost effectively, with a positive outcome.
Mr. Garcia worked extensively with the highly regarded Sacramento County District Attorney's Office in their Misdemeanor Department. There he learned the ins and outs of the DUI charging, arraignment, motions and trial process. He is extensively familiar with the processes the District Attorney uses when deciding who to charge as well as what facts the District Attorney frequently overlooks that can be critical to getting acquitted, a reduced sentence, or a favorable plea bargain. Laurie Alexander, Esq
Ms. Alexander is a native Sacramentan and proud mother, and has lived in the area all of her life. Ms. Alexander graduated from Sacramento State University and attended Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. Ms. Alexander is experienced in many areas of law; including DUI and Traffic Violation defense, real estate law and foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy, and estate planning and trust administration.
Ms. Alexander has a great depth of experience, and has worked at some of the finer law firms in the Sacramento area. She enjoys assisting clients in their hour of need; whatever the area of law may be.

Andrew Grossman, Esq.
Mr. Grossman was raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and received his Bachelors degree in History and Political Science at the University of Kentucky.He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where he served on the University’s Board of Trustees and was elected President of the Student Bar Association. In addition, he was a member of the school’s prestigious law review, the moot court board, and completed an aggressive course of studies with the Honors Lawyering Program.
Mr. Grossman is very experienced with the legal issues and rules surrounding real estate, purchase money loans, recourse and deficiency judgments, short sale, deed in lieu of foreclosure and loan modifications as well as general negotiations for all debts.

Robert Thompson, Esq.
Mr. Thompson received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He distinguished himself by working hard and graduating with honors in both majors. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Southern California where he again distinguished himself by graduating in the top of his class.
Mr. Thompson has considerable experience in consumer bankruptcy. He was a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Meredith Jury, Bankruptcy Court for the Central District, Riverside. Mr. Thompson assisted the court with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings and worked with all of the legal issues from all perspectives; debtor, creditor and the Bankruptcy Court. He has the thorough knowledge necessary to obtain discharges under either Chapter, thus giving our clients the “clean start” that they need and deserve.
Mr. Thompson is also experienced in Tax Law; he served as a legal extern for the Board of Equalization/Franchise Tax Board. In that capacity, he worked closely with clients that had tax deficiencies, but couldn’t afford representation. Mr. Sutterfield attended the Top Tier McGeorge School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Advocacy, focusing on trial practice and negotiations and settlement.
For his undergraduate degree he attended Sacramento State where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Government with cum laude honors. While in law school Mr. Sutterfield worked as a Graduate Student Assistant for the California Attorney General’s office working on complex cases. Prior to joining our Law Firm, Mr. Sutterfield worked in private practice as a Bankruptcy attorney in the Roseville area, helping individuals find debt relief through Bankruptcy.
